Edward was born around 1770. We do not know exactly when or where he was born. He was living in Clark County, Ky in 1793 when he married Elizabeth Watson. Around 1800 he moved to Christian County, KY. He had a farm about 10 miles north of Hopkinsville, KY. He resided there until 1828 when he moved to Graves County, KY. He had a farm near the town on Wingo. In the early 1840's he moved to the Hickory Hill, MO area. He died there on 15 Feb 1844. He is buried in Bethel Baptist Cemetery which is north of Hickory Hills. There is no gravestone for him.
